We respect our clients’ time and we always do our best to accommodate them. We send out automated text confirmations as reminders to confirm your appointments. It is required that you confirm your appointment with the automated system once booking with us, you will receive multiple reminders for your appointment. We reserve the right to schedule other appointments if no action is taken to confirm the appointment.

We kindly ask you to respect our time as we highly respect yours, and hope you understand that we have a 24 hour rescheduling policy. A credit card on file is required for all reservations.

We require:

  • a credit card on file
  • a 24 hour cancellation notice for all appointments
  • Any no-shows or cancellations not made within the above stated grace period will result in a charge of $30.
